We chose a scavenger hunt because we believed it would be an excellent way for our team to strengthen relationships and get to know each other better and I am happy to say that we were not mistaken. I was wondering how the event would go when I saw the rainy weather, however the contagious enthusiasm of your staff member Lisa set the tone for the event. I was impressed by how much fun our group had despite the weather. In fact, the rain didn’t slow us down at all! We were also pleased by your ability to understand our unique team development objectives, build these objectives into your program and connect the scavenger hunt activity to these objectives in a meaningful and useful debriefing discussion.
